Many customers who buy from us are unfamiliar with gourmet mushrooms, and are often unsure as to how to prepare and cook them.
The good news is that they can be prepared the same way one would enjoy button or cremini mushrooms.
Simply use a dry or slightly damp towel to wipe off any debris (don't wash), chop or tear into bite-sized pieces, and cook any way you like, such as frying/sauteeing in butter or oil. Our mushrooms can also be roasted, barbecued, dehydrated, prepared in an air fryer, and added to soups, stews, or as toppings on pizzas. One of our favourite ways to enjoy them is in omelets.

You can use all of the mushrooms, including the stems. Be sure to remove any substrate from the base, if still attached.
All of our grow kits can be grown indoors, and the blue and pink oyster kits can also be grown outdoors.

All of our available mushrooms can be found on our mushrooms page! Keep in mind we may not have every listed mushroom available on any given day. We harvest daily, and bring the freshest mushrooms to the market.
